Sep 6 2020 was a great day in Priscilla's life ... she got a new family to love her forever.  And she got a new doggy sister, too!  She is a happy girl.

Priscilla is the sweetest, most loving little girl you could ever wish for.  She is just an easy pup to live with because she doesn’t demand a lot.  The one thing she is very adamant about is that she wants to sleep in the bed with her person, and she expresses her unhappiness if denied that privilege.  We don’t know a lot about her history, but she seems to be perfectly content just being loved.  Could she be the new love of your life?

Approximate age/birthdate:  ~July 2017

Weight/size: ~15 lbs

Housebroken:  YES as long as you do your part and take her out often

Crate trained:  YES (though she really prefers not being crated)

Personality: quiet, sweet, loving, happy to be near people

Energy level:  medium to low

Fenced yard required?:   Preferred and she should never be outside, off-leash if not inside a fenced area

Does he/she jump fences?  NO

Leash walk with manners:  YES

Obedience training:  No, but she listens well

Riding in vehicles:  RIDES OK     

Spayed/neutered:   YES

Up-to-date on routine vaccinations:   YES

Microchipped:   YES

Social with other dogs:  YES, doesn’t really play, but she interacts politely with other dogs

Social with cats: Has not been around cats in foster care, but she would probably be curious about them.

Good with children:  Will probably be best with respectful, calm children ages 10 and up. She really likes a quiet, settled lifestyle.

Adoption donation: $175

We are an all-volunteer group, so please be patient and understand that it takes an average of 7-14 days to process the applications including reference checks, follow-up questions and home visits.  You can expedite the process by providing accurate email addresses for all your references.  Time to make phone calls is limited and we often have multiple applications in process.  We make every effort to move through them as quickly as possible.

When your application is approved, we will schedule a home visit/meet-and-greet to see if Priscilla picks you too.
