Brody is just the sweetest black lab/terrier mix boy you will ever meet. He was probably born late in 2007, and he weighs around 50 pounds. His beautiful brindle coat is the first thing you notice, but once you look into his very soulful brown eyes, you’re hooked!
He was very shy when we first took him in, but he has developed good social skills. He gives great kisses!
Brody is housebroken and crate-trained and he just wants to be close to his people.
Brody plays well with his foster siblings.  He is still a little hesitant when meeting new people, but is usually good with them once he has been properly introduced.  He needs to be in a home without cats.
Brody knows ‘sit’ and he walks on leash. He is a strong boy and still does pull on-leash, but with consistent correction he would improve.  Taking him to a positive-reinforcement obedience class would be a wonderful bonding experience and he is eager to learn new things to please his people.
Brody has been neutered and is up-to-date on his shots, so now he is ready to find a great forever family of his very own.
Brody is a medium-energy boy, and he must have a fenced yard so he has a safe place to play off-leash with his new family. He needs to get adequate exercise daily to stay healthy and happy. He will not be happy unless he is included as a member of the family.

When your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if Brody picks you too.
If it seems like the adoption will be a good match for all, there is a $150 adoption fee, and an adoption contract to be signed.
